TERMS & CONDITIONS COVERING ADMISSION TO CLARA LARA FUNPARK

SAFETY:

All park activities require a moderate fitness level. Visitors should assess their own abilities to tackle obstacles or partake in any Park activity. Instruction and advice are available from Park Staff and signage displayed throughout the park. Unsafe behaviour, abuse of equipment, rowdiness or lack of consideration towards other visitors will not be tolerated and persistent offenders will be expelled from the Park, no refunds will be given.

The lakes and waterways at the park are shallow to a maximum depth of 1.1m, therefore, diving headfirst, cannonballing, and jumping into the water or any pushing of other people is absolutely forbidden. Orders and instructions given by any Park staff are to be complied with immediately.

OUR LIABILITY:

Clara Lara Funpark accepts no responsibility for any loss and/ or damage suffered by you because of any event outside our control. Including any distress, loss of enjoyment or anxiety arising in the event of you needing to leave the Park.

MINORS:

Persons under 18 years of age must be in the charge of a responsible adult. Young children must always be accompanied by an adult whilst visiting the park. Children 1.2m and under must be supervised by an adult at all times. Adults who are not supervising their small children will be asked to leave the park.  No refund will be made.

BOUNDARIES:

The Park is bordered by private farmland, forestry and the Avonmore River. Crossing boundary fences is forbidden.

FIRES:

Open fires may not be lit anywhere in the Park. Barbecues, L.P.G. and camping cookers may be used provided they are safe, supervised by the user at all times and not in direct contact with the ground.  Unsupervised BBQs will be removed. Disposable barbeques and ash must not be put into the bins, they may still be hot and therefore cause a fire or injury to others. Please ask a member of staff if you need a disposable BBQ or ash removed.

 

PETS:

Pets of any nature are not permitted in the Park. Guide dogs and registered assistance dogs are permitted.

MUSIC:

Music/radio is not permitted anywhere in the park.

WILDFLOWERS AND PLANTS:

These may not be picked but should be left for the enjoyment of all.

BOATING/AMPHICATS:

These lakes are reserved specifically for boating; no swimming is allowed. The boat lake is reserved specifically for boat users only. Entry to the boat lake is only permitted from the harbour area where you will receive a buoyancy aid.  Boats must be treated with respect. Splashing and ramming or sinking of boats is forbidden and persistence will result in them being confiscated. No refunds will be made.

ALCOHOL and ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES:

Park activities are not compatible with the consumption of alcohol/drugs. It is therefore forbidden. Customers under the influence will be refused entry or expelled from the park.

GLASS:

Bottles and glasses are only permitted into the Park on the strict understanding that they are kept within a defined area and taken home by the user.

FOOTWEAR:

Suitable footwear eg. Runners must be worn whilst partaking in the activities. Flat footwear of some sort must always be worn.

Refund Policy
Tickets purchased online are non-refundable and may not be transferred to an alternative date once purchased. In the event of closure of Clara Lara, we will refund the cost of prepaid tickets for that day only. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time and the right to close an activity if we see fit.

 

 

 

Photography

You are welcome to photograph your own party. Photography of other guests is not permitted.  Laws apply. All season ticket holder images held by us are used solely for the administration of the season ticket and will not be used for any other purpose.

 

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS APPLYING TO GROUPS (15 CHILDREN OR MORE) VISITING THE PARK.

1. Visiting groups are to be in charge of a responsible adult who will be known as the group leader. This person will be answerable to the Park Management for the behaviour of the group throughout the visit and will nominate a further one responsible adult for every 10 members of the group to assist in this.

2. The Group Leader must complete the GROUP ENTRY FORM prior to the group’s admission to the Park and ensure the CONDITIONS COVERING ADMISSION TO CLARA LARA FUN PARK are complied with by every member of the group.

We have endeavoured to keep these conditions to a minimum. Please help us to continue by behaving in a SAFE and SENSIBLE manner whilst at the Funpark.

VISITORS ARE ONLY ADMITTED TO CLARA LARA FUNPARK ON THE STRICT UNDERSTANDING THEY COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS. THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ADMISSION AND TO EXPEL VISITORS FROM THE PARK AT ITS DISCRETION. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE.
